This can include invoices, products, services, stock movement, delivery activity, business contacts, and internal collaboration records.
Payment processing is handled through configured providers where applicable, and sensitive payment credentials are not stored as raw customer payment instruments in the platform.
We retain records for workspace continuity, reporting, support, security, and compliance, then delete or reduce data when those purposes no longer apply.
